Q. How do I search for people?

A. First you have to sign up yourself by clicking on the "Sign In" button on top of the page then Enter your information. *Make sure all required fields are filled out* Then Click Submit. You are now a Member. Last step is to now "Sign In" using the "Sign-In" Button on top of the page.

Q. How do I Edit my Information?

A. From the home page. Click on the members button. Sign into the site using your email address and your chosen password. After you sign in you will see a "Edit your Info" Button. Edit you info and click submit! **If you have forgotten your password E-Mail webmaster@vbsalumni.org

Q. Forgot my password or E-Mail address

A. E-Mail webmaster@vbsalumni.org and ask me to e-mail you your password or email address. The webmaster will need a couple key information before information is emailed to you. Include in your email: Your NAME, Email address, Address, School and Graduation year. This info is to confirm you are the original owner of the information. If there is information you cannot remember just sign up as a NEW Member and email webmaster@vbsalumni.org to delete the old record!

Q. Will my address and phone # be displayed on the website?

A. NO! This information is stored in a secure database for the purpose of helping Class Officers plan a formal event such as Class Reunions.
The only Items displayed are...
First,Last,Maiden Names
School, Class Of year
E-Mail address *As long as you did NOT check the (E-Mail Private box) If the box was checked then the word "Private" will be displayed in the e-mail holder.

Q. Why the site is down once a week?

A. I do maintenance on my servers nightly but The Server only reboots on Wednesday Morning at 2am CST (Tues Night/ Weds Morn) The server is only down for approx. 10 minutes. If you are lucky enough to catch the site at this time please check back in 10 minutes. Im Sorry for the inconvenience but a weekly reboot helps me maintain a Stable Clean website. *If this interferes with a planned function or is honestly a bad time for you please e-mail me and tell me. I am flexible and will work with you. This will be more important when the new Chatroom is in place and classes are using this site as a online planning site. (Chat etc)
