What I want to do here is set up a council to represent each school and ultimately each class.

This will set up a school rep who will be responsible for finding out about events and ensure the VBS Alumni Site is representing the information correctly. In addition the Council member will be a general Point of Contact for that school and Alumni.

I will start off with one member from each school as the representative. We will generally meet and swap information weekly or monthly online via e-mail for now until the chatroom is up and running.

The School rep will in time be responsible for the Class of reps. In time it will act as a fully functional Council. This will increase the information flow and wont put one person in charge of all. It will make everyone's life easier with specific Responsibilities.

We will have a working network of Alumni relaying events, reunions, and general info about Alumni. This will add to the ease of planning events. Basically a one stop information bank for our class officers and alumni who are planning Reunions and events.

Another bennifit is Alumni who attended a certain school can gather information easier than a Princess Anne 1991 Alumni trying to get Kellam 1986 Reunion Info or class rosters.

Im planning on getting this Council started as soon as possible and need your help!

*NOTE* These positions are voluntary and are good faith trust put into them. Im not sure where it will lead but it could get bigger as time goes by. I enjoy helping the alumni find each other and making people happy. Thats why I created this free site.
